My Story

Hi, I'm Sam Richards, and I'm only 13, I want to share with you the story of how this idea literally fell right in front of me. But it hasn't been easy because I'm only a kid and I have no money. So I stood in front of 1600 people to ask for money to help me get my idea off the ground.

It all started when I went to an Amazon conference at 10 years old to learn how to start up a successful amazon business, and so my journey had begun. The idea for our revolutionary product came when I was taking drinks to my parents sitting by the pool, I tripped and smashed everything, I was in big trouble. Several days later I was browsing the internet for high quality beautiful plastic glasses that would be strong enough to withstand a fall, while still looking amazing, alas I found none until It hit me what a great idea for a business. 

Before I could start to do anything though I had to get some money and I needed a lot, a lemonade stand just wasn't going to cut it, so I had to get investors to buy into my idea, well where would I find investors Shark Tank! well, I wish! fortunately soon after came the perfect opportunity for the very amazon conference that It all started at. I pitched the idea to the audience of 2000 people to find Investors and it was a huge success.    I ended up raising $900,000 to start up my business. Unfortunately, I couldn't take it all though as I can only have 20 investors and my company wasn't worth a million dollars YET! 

So I set off with the $15,000 I took to start the company and I traveled to China for product sourcing with friends. I then went to Bali doing some charity work giving blind peoples sight back as part of what we do to help others with BellaForte, I visited my factories and a few others and I did much more until I finally went live in 22nd of November 2019!
